Martell Blue Swift Night Cognac is an innovative eau-de-vie from Martell, which is made by finishing their acclaimed VSOP Cognac in Kentucky bourbon barrels. This finishing process adds rich aromatic tones to Martell’s delicate, pure Cognac, layering the characteristic candied fruit and plum notes with vanilla and toasted oak.
Nose: Aromas such as banana and caramelized pears. Then a subtle sweetness appears, and notes of vanilla & coconut mixed with spicy and menthol are revealed.
Palate: It is soft, round, and gourmand. Taste deep and fresh notes of ginger and white candied fruits such as plums.
Finish: Smooth and long toasted oak finish.
